Day 1: Use-Case Overview, Common Layer Functionality, Product Catalog Management & Configuration
Introduces the end-to-end use-case and core Revenue Cloud components: Context Service, Business Rules Engine, and OmniStudio. Deep dive into Product Catalog Management and the Advanced Configurator
Day 2: Salesforce Pricing & Usage Management
Detailed review of Salesforce Pricing features, including design, discounting, contracted and attribute-based pricing. The set-up and selling of usage-based products will also be covered.
Day 3: Approvals, the Quote Document & Transaction Management
Establish an approvals process utilizing the toolset of Advanced Approvals, generate the final proposal for the customer’s signature, and focus on the Asset Lifecycle (changes, renewals, add-ons).
Day 4: Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator & Invoice Management
Overview and setup of Dynamic Revenue Orchestration for order fulfillment, including decomposition, fallout plans, and milestones. Overview of Invoice Management including taxation, baseline accounting setup, and charges for One-Time & Subscription products.
Day 5: Earn Your Wings!
Earn your Revenue Cloud Pilot Wings by passing the final assessment; participate in the capstone build-out of a customer use-case to apply the knowledge of the previous 4 days
