We’re currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing client requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation through configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive successful business transformations and deliver impactful solutions that align with customer goals.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis & Design: Actively participate in and help drive requirements gathering and design sessions, converting customer requirements into appropriate solution designs.

  • Solution Configuration & Testing: Configure Salesforce applications according to solution designs, and take responsibility for the application configuration, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare support.

  • Implementation Methodology Adherence: Follow Shiftlogic.io's Implementation Methodology (S.I.M.), ensuring projects are delivered following best practices and within the agreed-upon timelines.

  • Process Best Practices: Adhere to process best practices such as check-ins, documentation, and other relevant processes to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Environment Readiness & Org Strategy: Ensure the readiness of Salesforce environments, including managing instances, sandboxes, and overall environment strategy.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Effectively document customer solution designs and configurations, and conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to manage the solution.

  • Collaboration & Escalation Management: Work closely with the Solution Architect and other consultants to complete application construction and build activities. Identify when issues should be escalated and engage with the Shiftlogic.io team and project managers for guidance on how to proceed.

  • Customer Engagement & Communication: Present solution designs and configurations to customers in a clear and compelling manner. Engage with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions. 

  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven business and application experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, including hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.

  • Industry Experience: A background working with small, medium, and large enterprises, with specific experience in industries where Salesforce solutions have been successfully implemented

  • Consulting & Customer-Facing Experience: Strong experience in providing consultancy services to clients, with a focus on customer-facing roles, ensuring that their needs are met through effective solution delivery.

  • Role Maturity & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar business analyst or consulting role, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations and business transformations.

  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solution designs to clients and communicate at the "C" level, ensuring understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders.

  • Collaboration & Escalation Skills: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Solution Architects and Consultants, and knowing when to escalate issues for timely resolution.

Salesforce Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Billing Superset, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to ongoing professional development.
