We are looking for a highly experienced and confident Senior Project Manager – Lead-to-Cash (L2C) to take ownership of the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong presence in the room, the ability to manage stakeholders, and the expertise to drive alignment across business and technology functions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep end-to-end L2C process knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders, navigating change, and delivering excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of Lead-to-Cash program delivery, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Management workstreams
Act as the primary point of accountability, confidently engaging with senior executives, steering committees, and cross-functional leaders to ensure program success
Drive governance rigor by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks
Proactively lead stakeholder alignment across Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, and Product teams, ensuring competing priorities are resolved constructively
Navigate ambiguity and complexity, maintaining strong momentum and focus on measurable business outcomes
Champion delivery excellence through structured planning, risk and issue management, and agile/hybrid execution models
Ensure partner accountability and quality across system integrators, third-party vendors, and internal delivery teams
Provide transparent, data-driven progress updates and escalate blockers with clarity and urgency
What you’ll bring
8+ years of project and program management experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading large-scale Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash programs
Basic Knowledge of L2C process areas including Lead to opportunity Management, CPQ, CLM, Order Fulfilment, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership presence, with the confidence to lead conversations, constructively challenge ideas, and foster respect in any setting
Hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce programs (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, CLM) or similar platforms
Proven ability to successfully lead multiple delivery teams and cross-functional contributors to achieve outstanding results.
Extensive expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery models, with a proven track record of applying the right methodology to maximize project success
Proficiency in collaboration and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, PSA , Smartsheet, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator , or equivalent
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe)
Industry experience in SaaS, Manufacturing, Telecom, or other sectors with complex L2C processes
