Responsibilities

Owning end-to-end project delivery from first contact to a successful go-live.

Establishing an environment of trust between shiftlogic.io, customer and partners.
Project team onboarding and kick-off ensuring everyone knows their role, responsibilities etc.
Building realistic project plans in consultation with key stakeholders.
Establishing and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
Carefully controlling project consumption, budget, scope, resources and timelines, flagging changes, identifying and mitigating risk.
Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress through regular project and steering committee meetings, including executive-level.
Coaching and supporting project team members.
Participating in and contributing to the Shiftlogic.io PMO.
