We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering high-impact projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. You will drive the delivery of our engagements according to the agreed-upon scope, time and budget whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction and CSAT scores.
As Project Manager you will be a crucial player in managing, tracking, and communicating the progress of projects and ensuring top quality team delivery. From project initiation through to execution, you will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and reporting on the progress of deliverables while controlling scope, change management, risks and ensuring timely resolution of issues and blockers. The role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects and working with several team members within a matrix environment.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of projects using ShiftLogic.io Implementation Methodology (S.I.M.), ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Optimise resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects by creating and maintaining detailed, strategic project plans that drive efficiency and accelerate delivery.
Keep projects on track by proactively managing milestones, maintaining momentum, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Lead effective status meetings and check-ins, providing stakeholders with clear documentation of key discussions, action items, risks, and next steps.
Mentor and motivate the implementation team, fostering a high-performance environment that prioritizes both customer success and operational excellence.
Proactively resolve challenges, handling customer queries and escalations with a solution-focused mindset to ensure a smooth project experience.
Identify and mitigate risks by escalating critical issues internally and working collaboratively with customer project teams to remove roadblocks before they impact success.
Contribute to continuous improvement by refining S.I.M. methodologies and enhancing key deliverables, such as project plans, test plans, issue logs, and go-live runbooks.
Strengthen client relationships by delivering outstanding service, identifying growth opportunities, and working toward best-in-class CSAT scores.
Provide strategic resource forecasting, ensuring alignment between project needs and company-wide decision-making.
Support team growth and development by assisting in the onboarding, training, and mentorship of new team members.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence. You’ll have a strong background in project management, professional services delivery, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring seamless execution.
Must-Haves:
Proven project management expertise, with a track record of successfully handling multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional organisational skills, including experience in documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, action item trackers, and all other essential project hygiene.
Proven understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles, with a strong grasp of best practices, methodologies, and process optimisation.
Professional management experience in IT project management, professional services delivery, and employee development across diverse industries and company sizes.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to build relationships, solve complex problems, and drive impactful outcomes.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly across Pre-sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, embracing change, adapting quickly, and thriving in new challenges.
Confidence in presenting and engaging with C-level executives, both internally and externally.
Passion for continuous improvement, always striving to enhance processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves:
➕ PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials.
➕ Background in Salesforce, FinTech, SaaS, or Finance industries.
