The Challenge
As Eurobank’s independent entity, Worldline needed to launch a new subscription module specifically for merchant credit card processing via wireless mobile POS and Smart POS systems. This new “green field” subscription billing module required a system capable of accurately calculating subscription costs based on terminal usage and transaction data. To achieve this, Worldline needed a Salesforce-based solution that could integrate seamlessly with various third-party payment providers and maintain up-to-date merchant data.
The Solution
Shiftlogic implemented a tailored Salesforce Billing solution for Worldline. This solution integrated with multiple external third-party payment providers and Eurobank through MuleSoft, ensuring real-time updates of merchant data within Salesforce. By capturing usage and transaction statuses, the system enabled Worldline to calculate subscription billing accurately and efficiently.
