SIM is an adaptive methodology that uses a design-first approach in the early phases, then iterative two-week sprints once the architecture is locked.
The six phases below are not a slide; they are how every Shiftlogic project actually runs. Steer-co convenes at the end of each phase, signs off the deliverables, and approves entry to the next.
Strong project governance ensures we stay on course. CSAT surveys are run at the end of Discovery + Design and again at the end of Delivery. You measure our success and tell us the score.
