What to Expect from Our Salesforce Revenue Cloud Training
This 4-day course explores the common layer functionality upon which Revenue Cloud is built (Context Service, OmniStudio, and Business Rules Engine), in the context of a comprehensive use-case spanning PCM, Pricing, Transaction Management, Invoice Management, and more.
This course is ideal for anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of the Revenue Cloud Advanced toolset and how it is used to solve customers’ revenue management challenges.
Day 1: Foundations, Product Catalog, & Product Discovery We introduce the end-to-end use-case and core Revenue Cloud Advanced components. From there, we take a deep dive into Product Catalog Management, including Product Discovery.
Day 2: Configuration & Pricing Learn how the Advanced Configurator enforces viable combinations of products for sales across the Catalog. We also explore the setup of Salesforce Pricing and the features that support accurate product pricing.
Day 3: Usage Management & Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator Learn how to bring Usage-Based products to market, including grants, rollovers, and much more. We will provide a detailed review of the Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, covering Decomposition, Fulfillment plans, Jeopardy, and Fallouts.
Day 4: Transaction Management & Invoice Management Focus on the Asset Lifecycle, including changes, renewals, and add-ons. You will set up invoicing for subscriptions and one-time products with Invoice Management, and finally, receive your Revenue Cloud Pilot Wings!
